Matt Sellick is President of STOCK’s Homebuilding, Stock Luxury Homes and Stock Custom Homes.  Matt joined the company in 2005 right out of college. Matt has always been drawn to the home building and construction business. Originally from Stuart, FL, Matt has worked in every aspect of the construction industry over his career. Matt earned his degree in Business Management and Administration from Florida State University and immediately joined Stock Development. Matt accepted a position as a superintendent at Stock Development. Since then, Matt has grown from this original role into his current position as the President of Stock’s award-winning building divisions and a respected advocate for the construction industry.

Working under the leadership of Brian Stock, Matt recognized the value of a strong organizational culture and a commitment to excellence. Matt works to continuously elevate the team and the quality of the homebuilding experience they deliver to customers. He is a state certified building contractor.

Matt calls Naples home, where he lives with his wife and two sons. Matt currently serves as President and a board member of the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA).

Born and raised in South Florida, Stock Custom Homes Southwest Area Construction Manager Jeff Robinson can’t imagine calling any other place home. His passion for the region shines through in all his duties, whether he’s overseeing the design, implementation and quality control of custom residential projects or coordinating field resources to complete projects on time and within budget.

Jeff coordinates and manages information from fellow upper-level team members to ensure our luxury estates are built seamlessly. He works with team members and affiliates in many different disciplines—including engineers, architects and designers—combining their knowledge and talents to help us create our one-of-a-kind estates. Jeff most enjoys developing training programs and implementing processes and procedures that increase team cohesiveness and efficiency.

A University of Central Florida alumnus, Jeff began working as an assistant superintendent for a builder in Orlando, Florida right out of college. He didn’t know anything about the industry but quickly realized he enjoyed interacting with various trades and seeing the structure come to fruition. In the last 14 years, Jeff has worked for numerous other developers, builders, and design professionals.

Jeff, who graduated from Barron Collier High School in 2000, holds a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix, a LEED AP designation from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), and a PMP designation from the Project Management Institute. He is also a certified general contractor.

Director of Operations Melanie Peck oversees the daily construction operations for Stock Custom Homes. She’s responsible for the management and oversight of the design, implementation, and quality control of custom residential projects, ensuring the success of the project from permitting to completion. Her career spans more than 16 years, with a diverse background in luxury residential, commercial and healthcare.

Prior to joining the custom homebuilding division, she was the senior project manager for Lutgert Construction. Melanie holds a LEED Accredited Professional certification and also serves on the Management Committee for the Urban Land Institute of Southwest Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree in interior design from University of Florida and completed the graduate program in building construction.

As the Regional Director of Operations is Sarasota, Sam is responsible for overseeing the entire construction process and ensuring the successful build of each custom home. Along with having a diverse background in custom construction working for some of the area’s top builders, Sam also holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, a master’s degree in Business Administration and is a FL Certified Building Contractor.

In addition to his civilian experience Sam is proud to be an OIF veteran who served as a Sergeant in the US Army while deployed to Iraq in 2009 under the US Army Corps of Engineers. The very same values Sam lived up to in the US Army he carries through his daily life, both personally and professionally, while holding himself to the highest standards and maintaining the highest level of attention to detail, organization and communication.

Born in Metro Detroit, Mark is a third-generation home builder and has over 15 years of leadership experience in homebuilding operations, including custom luxury homes, new product design, accounting and finance, construction, purchasing, and development.  Mark has extensive experience working with some of the nation’s largest home builders and developers.

Mark has spent his career developing expertise in the Michigan and Florida custom home markets. He worked his way up from Project manager to Director of Construction in his previous position, managing a $300 million community with over 2,000 new homes in the Palm Beach area. Mark brings his expertise to Stock Custom Homes division as Director of Operations for the East Coast division where he hopes to provide the highest quality and customer experience, for which Stock Custom Homes is known, to the Palm Beach community.

As the Director of Operations with Stock Custom Homes, Mark works hand in hand with both the President and his team to provide the most seamless customer experience at the highest levels in quality to provide each customer with their dream home. Mark is not only focused on the construction experience, but is also working on developing new business and providing new clients with an opportunity to build their dream home.

Mark is an active member of the Florida Gold Coast Builder’s association and Florida Home Building Association. When Mark is not working, you can find him renovating his own home or exploring the outdoors with his two young kids. Mark is an avid sports fan and a retired CrossFit athlete, who lives with his wife and children in Boca Raton, FL.
